SWOT Hospitality is seeking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Porto Carras About the role: The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all operations related to food and beverage services at Porto Carras. This includes ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, maintaining operational standards, and improving service quality in all dining venues. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, promoting consistency and excellence in service standards Supervise, train, and mentor the F&B team, creating an energetic and encouraging work environment Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager in managing budgets, forecasts, and inventory control Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively Participate in menu development and special events planning Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas Assist in the staff scheduling and operational planning to ensure sufficient coverage in all outlets Participate in F&B promotional activities and implement marketing strategies to boost sales Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within upscale resorts or restaurants Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous Familiarity with food and beverage management software and POS systems Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cost control A passion for making guests feel special and providing an unforgettable experience Career development opportunities Excellent working environment Accommodation Meals
