In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire for the season 2026 an experienced and visionary Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Position Summary Our new Assistant F&B Manager will be the ambassador of our F&B Service Excellence Culture at our resort in Corfu. She/he will be responsible for supervising the F&B Team, and providing high quality services and memorable experiences to our guests. The Assistant F&B Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence in line with the resort’s luxury service standards. Main Responsibilities Assist in managing and coordinating the activities of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting. Monitor and ensure compliance with service standards, health and safety regulations, and brand guidelines. Support the F&B Manager in budget control, cost management, and revenue optimization. Supervise, motivate, and develop outlet managers and supervisors. Respond to guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure a consistently exceptional experience. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of F&B personnel. Contribute to the development of menus, promotions, and service enhancements. Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the F&B Manager.
