As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the dining and beverage experiences at Jardin Grill and La Serre. Your leadership and passion for excellence will drive the team to deliver exceptional service, creating memorable moments for our guests.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or bar setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of local and international wines, spirits, and culinary trends.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software preferred (Eg: Opera, Fidelio) and MS Office
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Jardin Grill and La Serre, ensuring seamless and memorable dining experiences.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to curate innovative and delectable menus that reflect the sophistication of Sofitel.
  • Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, nurturing the growth and development of your team members.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the essence of Sofitel’s commitment to luxury and refinement.

THIS ROLE IS FULL-TIME PERMANENT, WITH 40 HOURS A WEEK GUARANTEED
