Description

Key Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of the F&B strategy.
Identify ways to increase revenue, attract new guests and improve business performance.
Drive the growth of bar and banqueting operations.
Plan and promote events, offers and other revenue-generating activities.
Monitor F&B sales, costs, budgets, stock and wastage, and take action to improve results.
Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure service standards are consistently met.
Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team.
Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to deliver a smooth guest experience.
Review guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service and satisfaction.
Support the F&B Manager with operational planning, reporting and team performance.

Requirements:Previous experience in an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager or similar senior hospitality role.
Strong experience in both bar operations and banqueting.
A commercial approach, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve performance.
Good understanding of F&B costs, budgeting, stock control and sales performance.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
