Be Remarkable.  I seek ways to be extraordinary and deliver a positive impact every day.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities  The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:    Operations Support * Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily F&B operations to ensure exceptional service and compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. * Support enforcement of TABC/state liquor laws and all club policies and procedures. * Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and service readiness. * Step in to support service operations as needed to maintain service standards. Financial & Inventory Support * Assist with the development and management of operating and capital budgets. * Help control departmental expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to support financial goals. * Support inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels of china, glassware, silverware, and other service items. Staff Leadership & Training * Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervising F&B staff. * Help lead daily pre-shift meetings to review menu details, service expectations, and daily priorities. * Support ongoing training initiatives, including service standards and skill development, to ensure consistent performance. Member & Guest Relations * Actively engage with members and guests to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience. * Address member concerns and service issues professionally, escalating to the Food & Beverage Manager, AGM, or GM when appropriate. * Maintain a visible presence in dining venues to support staff and service flow. Event & Interdepartmental Coordination * Assist in the planning and execution of club events, including F&B functions, seasonal events, and special programs. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient event operations. Administrative Responsibilities * Assist with maintaining the F&B point-of-sale system to ensure accurate member charges and reporting. * Support preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Attend operational meetings and assist with facilitating staff meetings as needed. Additional Responsibilities * Assist with special projects as assigned by management. * Serve as a senior server or bartender when needed to support operations. * Uphold all standard operating procedures, service standards, and club policies at all times. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:  Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.   Physical Demands and Work Environment   The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
