Join our team as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager specializing in multi outlet operations. Elevate guest experiences with your passion for all food & beverage services. Assisting with maintaining a high standard of each Outlet, building revenue and exercising careful cost management to ensure each Outlet delivers on its financial and guest satisfaction goal.

This role is responsible assisting with the management of of multiple venues in a 5 star hotel environment including Ilkari Restaurant, Walpa Bar, Pira Pool Bar & In-Room Dinning and any additional outlets operated within the zone.

Key Duties:

- Oversee the daily management of staff in accordance with guidelines set down by the Food & Beverage Manager and Voyages policy

- Ensure that strategies and practices are in place to facilitate the productive and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets

- Supporting and promoting training throughout the Zone ensuring all compliance, skills, development, and mandatory training are being attended by staff as required.

- Uphold purchasing and stock control systems through diligent stock control, involvement in stock take preparation and audits and analysis of stock variance reports.
