Description

Wash, sanitize, and store crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cookware according to standard procedures. Clean and maintain dishwashers, grease traps, refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas. Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors, corridors, and storage areas as scheduled. Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, sinks, and storage racks after meal service. Participate in routine deep-cleaning schedules for kitchen and dishwashing areas. Remove garbage, sanitize containers, and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
