NATURE AND SCOPE The Offensive Coordinator/Tight Ends Coach is responsible for the development, training, and performance of the offense and tight ends. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Train and mentor the offense and tight ends in fundamental skills such as mechanics, footwork, decision-making, and reading offenses. Create individualized training programs that address the specific needs and strengths of each player. Develop and implement practice plans that focus on improving performance. Analyze game film to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Assist in the preparation of game plans, including play selection and situational strategies. Utilize video analysis tools to assess quarterback mechanics and decision-making during practices and games. Track and analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Foster a positive and competitive environment that encourages growth and development among the offensive line. Perform other related duties as assigned.
