JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Football Coach to join our coaching staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of football strategies and techniques, along with the ability to inspire and motivate players. This role involves supporting the head coach in developing training programmes, fostering teamwork, and enhancing the skills of our young superstars.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in football, is highly desirable.
  • A background in teaching or education is advantageous, as it aids in effectively communicating strategies and techniques to players.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate young athletes.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage training schedules and team logistics.
  • A thorough understanding of football rules, regulations, and best practices.
