Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Foreman in overseeing day-to-day crew activities
  • Support interpretation and execution of construction drawings
  • Help coordinate site setup, tool distribution, and adherence to safety protocols
  • Take direction on daily goals and assist in task delegation
  • Relay site issues or updates to the Site Foreman or Project Manager
  • Help ensure cleanliness and quality control across the site
  • Contribute to daily job documentation (photos, notes, basic logs)
  • Encourage proper use of PPE and promote safe working habits
  • Help onboard and mentor new laborers or junior crew as neede
