This position supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and motivating a team of associates in alignment with The Umstead’s Vision and Values. What You’ll Do • Supervise and support Front Office operations to ensure seamless check-in, check-out, and guest service. • Act as a liaison between guests, associates, and management, resolving issues with professionalism and care. • Assist in scheduling, training, and coaching associates to maximize performance and service standards. • Monitor room revenue opportunities, yield management, and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction. Qualifications What We’re Looking For • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in Front Office or Hotel Operations. • Knowledge of Opera PMS and hotel operations technology preferred. • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver luxury service. • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
