Assistant Front of The House Manager
Cafe Chardonnay in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an energetic, smart, and passionate service-minded person who leads by example and is committed to providing a remarkable experience to our guests.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Motivate, lead and train staff while providing a positive, productive, and exciting environment to work in.
Actively participate in nightly service, meet and greet guests, visit tables, oversee flow of service.
Maintain high standards in food quality, service, restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.
Manage OpenTable reservation system to maximize cover counts while ensuring that we are providing our guests with the highest standard of service and food quality.
Assist in managing social media marketing, cash management and light office tasks.
Manage in accordance with our objectives, culture, and goals.
2+ years of management experience in an upscale, fine dining restaurant environment.
Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Work with beverage manager on wine and spirits ordering, inventory, and cost controls.
Sommelier Certification a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
