Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full-time Assistant Front of House Manager to work at Deerfield, located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. The schedule for this position is Thursday through Monday 11:00am-7:30pm with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Minimum age of 18 is required to be considered for this position.
This position will pay up to $24.00/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma/GED is required.
One (1) year of dining services or hospitality experience is required.
Minimum age of 18 is required.

Assisting the Front of House Manager in overseeing daily front of house (FOH) operations for all dining venues at an assigned Immanuel Community. Responsibilities include managing FOH operations, leading staff, and ensuring safety and compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
