As the Assistant Front of House Manager, you will ensure that the team work together to exceed guest expectations!

Responsibilities
  • Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
  • Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times
  • Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
  • Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit
  • Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
  • Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
  • Organising and assisting with all F&B activities
  • Leading and coaching a small team of associates
  • Working with the Front of House Manager on recruitment, training, coaching, productivity and any relevant tasks
