At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam we’re looking for a new Assistant Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team. Your role in the journey As Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll guide the team in delivering authentic luxury moments with confidence and care. You’ll be the go-to person for both guests and team members, ensuring smooth operations and heartfelt hospitality. Your responsibilities include: Leading daily Front Office operations with clarity and calm Supporting check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth Handling guest concerns with empathy and professionalism Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service Monitoring KPIs and making smart adjustments Coaching, training and motivating your team Acting as key contact for guests during major events Managing turnover, costs and financial performance Creating moments that make every guest feel truly seen and valued Qualifications What you’ll bring At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or high-volume hotel. A natural drive to connect with people and exceed expectations. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Organizational talent and an eye for detail. A hands-on mentality and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
