REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of front office or hospitality management experience, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
  • Passion for guest service and hospitality.
  • Calm under pressure and solution based.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Multilingual abilities a plus.

  • Supervise and train front office staff, ensuring adherence to resort standards and procedures.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest feedback and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room assignments, and billing.
  • Support scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for front office team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required.
