As Assistant Front Office Manager, you support the Front Office Manager while taking ownership of the daily operation. You help shape a culture of service, development and performance. You are hands-on, visible and proactive, ensuring smooth check-ins, strong teamwork and consistent high-quality service.

• Leading and coaching the Front Office team with energy and empathy.
• Taking charge during shifts, making decisions and ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Turning guest feedback and operational insights into actions and improvements.

• You bring at least 2 years of Front Office leadership experience, ideally in a busy hotel environment.
• You are a strong people manager who knows how to coach, motivate and empower your team.
• You remain calm under pressure, tackle challenges with confidence and turn stress into structure.
• You bring a commercial mindset, using your creativity to support revenue goals and enhance the guest journey.
• You lead by example, enjoy collaboration and are always looking for opportunities to grow.
• You speak English fluently; Dutch is a plus.
