Responsibility for the smooth operation of the Front Office department, the 25hours Shop, and the Lobby Host in both operational and administrative areas Cross-departmental cooperation and support Providing a professional and warm welcome to our guests Acting as a general point of contact for guests in all matters and forwarding them to the appropriate person Processing and checking cash register discrepancies and outstanding invoices Processing and checking commission statements Hosting duties and ensuring guest satisfaction Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV … You’ve completed a course of training in the hotel business, gained some professional experience and can speak English fluently You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests.
