telecom industries various sectors such as voice, data, SMS, Mobile, VAS, MVNO, ISP, Cable, Telehouse and other
related sectors. CC offers the industry a meeting place and community where members can share ideas,knowledge, contacts and business information for the mutual benefit of all members. It provides various branding and networking and media platform including annual members networking events throughout the year globally such as Global Carrier Connectivity Meetings (GCCM) and CC-events as well as CC- global digital media communication channels. In order to keep up with the growing demands, Carrier Community is looking for a driven Assistant Front Office Manager to join their team in Berlin.

WHAT WE NEED:

  • good communicator and team player
  • Mandatory English fluency
  • reliable/ good at hitting deadlines and working under pressure
  • being able to work independently to meet the targets
  • being able to work from our office in Berlin-Gatow
  • being punctual and well organised

EDUCATION:

  • preferable having BA degree in business administration or similar specialisations
  • previous work experience is ideal but not a prerequisite
  • Good command of Microsoft Word
  • Good English oral and writing skills

Responsibilities
  • day to day running of office facility management related areas
  • management of office storage items
  • assisting the Supervisors with daily meetings’ arrangements
  • conducting research, booking flights and accommodations for team
  • ordering stationery and furniture
  • dealing with daily post, correspondence, courier related complaints and queries
  • managing courier suppliers and all office related mailing
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • attending meetings with senior management if required
