JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at a soon to open voco College Station by IHG. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and a strong background in front desk operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure. The Assistant Front Office Manager will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of guest relations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
