JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our technology team at Cobana Energy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our in-house business systems. This includes ensuring system scalability, developing robust solutions for project lifecycle management, and maintaining high standards of UI/UX design. The position requires full-stack development expertise, proficiency in managing IIS hosting, configurations, back-end, front-end and an ability to deliver highly scalable solutions.

• Support the design and development of scalable ASP.NET MVC applications, following best practices for clean coding, modular architecture, and performance optimization.
• Support the maintenance, enhancement, and extension of core business applications, contributing to their ongoing scalability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using modern web technologies such as Bootstrap 5, jQuery, and AJAX for dynamic content rendering.
• Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability and code quality, ensuring reusable components and efficient structure.
• Manage IIS web hosting configurations, including server management, SSL setup, and deployment for internal applications.
• Optimize database systems, including SQL tables, stored procedures, and indexes, to support application performance and data integrity.
• Enforce the use of asynchronous patterns for all database operations to ensure high system performance and prevent blocking.
• Ensure consistent UI/UX across all system components, maintaining an intuitive user experience and visual consistency with standards.
• Support in developing and managing secure AJAX-based endpoints, helping to maintain consistency and security through standardized response formats and validation practices.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve layout, validation, or behaviour issues across all application views.
