Are you a people-loving plant enthusiast with a knack for retail? We’re looking for an Assistant Garden Centre Manager to help lead our flagship store in Nunhead.
You’ll support the Garden Centre Manager in making sure everything runs smoothly—whether it’s helping the team, perfecting the shop floor, or making sure the plants are in top condition. This is a hands-on role where you’ll muck in, lift heavy pots, solve problems on the fly, and make customers feel at home.

· Support daily shop operations, team coordination, and stock management
· Help lead, train, and motivate our brilliant store team
· Ensure the shop looks great and feels even better to visit
· Assist customers with warmth, know-how, and a dash of charm
· Work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to keep things blooming
