Responsibilities

Essential responsibilities of the position include the following:

  • Develop and promote a strong culture of engagement within the stores.
  • Support the Gas Bar Manager in daily operations for both Gas Bars.
  • Lead your team to provide world class customer service.
  • Do your part in helping to achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses and profits.
  • Ensure shift to shift standards of the Gas Bars are met, including cleanliness and sanitation, safety standards, inventory control, rotation, ordering and commitment buys.
  • Must possess a valid class 5 MB Driver’s License and a vehicle for business use.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
