  We’re working with a well-established pub with rooms on the Suffolk coast - a venue with real character, a loyal following, and a reputation for warm hospitality and quality food. They’re now looking for an Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business and help lead a passionate, close-knit team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid experience in hospitality who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a guest-facing role, and is ready to step into a leadership position.
  Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the operation - from delivering great service on the floor to supporting the team behind the scenes.

• Leading and motivating both FOH and BOH teams to deliver excellent service across food, drink, and accommodation
• Supporting recruitment, training, and staff development
• Managing wet stock, handling cash, and contributing to financial performance
• Ensuring the smooth running of shifts and stepping up in the GM’s absence
