JOB DESCRIPTION

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a vital role in the seamless operation of our establishment, upholding exceptional service standards and ensuring food quality and safety are consistently met. This dynamic leadership position requires a results-driven individual with strong management skills, culinary insight, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise and develop staff, and elevate the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and productive team culture.
This is a full-time, 48-hour-per-week contract position, with flexibility required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
