SECTION I: ROLE INTRODUCTION Outlines the basic information of the role. Job Title  AGM–Admin Reporting To Head HR Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level 2B   Job Objective   The Assistant General Manager – Administration is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative, facility, and support functions of the organization. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, optimal resource utilization, compliance with company policies, and a productive work environment. The AGM Admin will lead multiple admin verticals—facilities, transport, security, housekeeping, vendor management, statutory compliance, and office infrastructure. Key Responsibilities     Responsibilities KPIs 1) * Oversee end‑to‑end facilities management including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, utilities, and maintenance activities.  * Ensure office infrastructure, seating, and workspace planning are optimized for business requirements.  ·    Lead business continuity and disaster preparedness initiatives for admin functions.   2) * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for facility services, office supplies, and maintenance contracts.  * Ensure SLAs are met; periodically review vendor performance.  * Maintain procurement and AMC records, budgets, and compliance documentation. 3) * Manage travel, accommodation, transport, and visitor management systems.  * Oversee employee engagement‑related admin activities such as events, corporate programs, and welfare services.  * Ensure timely resolution of employee admin requests through helpdesk or ticketing systems. 4) * Prepare annual budgets for admin and facilities; monitor expenditure and optimize operational costs.  * Create MIS reports on administrative efficiency, vendor performance, and resource utilization. SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS   Education Bachelor’s Degree; MBA/ PGDM in Administration/Operations preferred. Experience * 10–15 years of experience in Administration & Facilities, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles.
