WHAT YOU WILL DO Leadership & Team Development • Lead shifts with confidence, energy, and professionalism • Coach, train, and develop team members and supervisors • Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture • Lead daily communication and pre-shift meetings Operations Management • Support all Front of House and Back of House operations • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service standards are maintained • Execute operational systems and procedures consistently • Support scheduling, labor management, and shift planning Guest Experience • Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences • Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively • Build relationships with guests and help create loyal repeat business • Lead by example in all guest interactions Restaurant Performance • Assist in achieving sales, labor, and operational goals • Support inventory management and cost-control initiatives • Help drive profitability through operational excellence • Maintain accountability and consistency throughout each shift WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment • Strong leadership and communication skills • Passion for hospitality and guest service • Ability to motivate and develop teams • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • High-volume restaurant experience • Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor management • Experience developing team members and future leaders • Italian, pizza, or chef-driven restaurant experience is a plus COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Competitive Salary: $58,000 - $70,000 Based on Experience • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • Paid Vacation • Manager Dining Benefits • Internal Leadership Development & Training Programs • Career Advancement Opportunities • Promote-From-Within Culture WHY JOIN US?
