The Gordon Tavern in Eugene, OR is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate reporting
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize restaurant profitability

Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management
