REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven General Manager (minimum 5 years) in a full service, high volume, high quality environment.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
  • Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
