• Supporting the General Manager in running the venue.
• Leading a team - motivating, mentoring, and making sure everyone’s smashing it.
• Keeping the place looking sharp, stocked up, and running smoothly.
• Getting stuck into events, launches, and all things Rebel.
• Making sure our customers leave with a smile (and maybe a new favourite beer).
• Helping with labor costings/Creating Rota’s
• Keeping up with our social media, creating epic posts and keeping our brand recognised.
• Supporting with our GM with all Recruitment needs
• Supporting all onboarding for new starters
• Complete all stock control processes and review to ensure accurate.
• Responsible for stock ordering, ensuring costs are controlled and to budget.
