Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our fast-paced trampoline park team in Odessa, TX. This leadership role helps oversee daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction while supporting the General Manager in maintaining a safe, fun, and high-energy environment for our guests. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and experienced in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager with daily park operations Manage staffing schedules and support hiring needs Train and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service Greet guests and help create a positive experience for families and visitors Monitor Park safety and operational standards Assist with inventory management and supply orders Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility Step in to resolve guest concerns or operational issues as needed Pay will be based on job expierence. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of management experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Must be available to work weekends Ability to lead by example and motivate a team What We're Looking For: Energetic and positive attitude Strong organizational skills Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or similar environments preferred If you enjoy working in a fun, high-energy environment and leading a team to create great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
