You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and help deliver warm, memorable experiences for every guest. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager, ready to take on more responsibility A warm, personable, and hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team Passion for hospitality and strong knowledge of food and beverage Ambition to grow and develop your career within an award-winning pub group If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a busy pub environment, we’d love to hear from you.
