ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – BACCHANALIA,BERKELEY SQUARE

We are now seeking an accomplished Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. This role is central to the continued success of Bacchanalia,working closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations,inspire and develop our people,and ensure service excellence across every guest interaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record at Assistant General Manager level or above within a high-volume,high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong operational,organisational,and leadership skills.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving revenue.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Confident in using restaurant management systems and interpreting performance data.
