Description The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant, including guest service, finance, inventory, safety, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. All restaurant Assistant General Managers are hired with the understanding that they can and may move in between any of our Birdcall stores.
