SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Great interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to motivate a team, manage and schedule staff.
• Extensive knowledge of liquor, bartending, and service protocols.
• Solid organisational skills and knowledge of budgets, inventories.
• Great sales skills and talent for developing promotions or new products.
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience is required in a bar or similar environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Running high-energy cocktail shifts (80-drink menu inc. changing specials)
Coaching & scheduling a fantastic team
Hitting weekly sales, GP & labour targets (full support + templates)
Assisting the General Manager with day to day running of the site, and maintaining hygiene and H&S standards.
