POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a high-energy Assistant General Manager to help lead operations at Boxi Park. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to oversee a diverse team, manage multiple F&B outlets, and deliver a dynamic guest experience in a fast-paced, open-air environment. This role requires adaptability, strong people skills, and the ability to balance both structured operations and the spontaneous energy of live events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, preferably in high-volume restaurants, bars, or event venues.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead in a multi-outlet environment.
  • Energetic and adaptable leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, outdoor, and guest-facing setting.
  • Experience with large-scale events or live entertainment a plus
