We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at our busy nightclub in Whistler. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nightclub, including managing staff, overseeing event planning and co-ordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hospitality/Marketing/Sales background (events management experience highly regarded)
  • Guest experience focused and maintaining community connections
  • Administration and computer skills (Microsoft products, POS, employee timekeeping programs)
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to react calmly to challenging and stressful situations
Responsibilities
  • Full sales & product knowledge
  • Schedule and managing a team (including recruitment, training and development, coaching and discipline management)
  • Attend and contribute to regular operations meeting focused on profit and revenue, labour and employee feedback
  • Daily inventory to ensure the business is set up for success for the following shift
  • Liquor license compliance
  • Champion internal feedback and hook up programs
  • Marketing and event execution
