Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations - Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management education is a plus - Ability to work 50 hours per week - Must be able to stand for long periods of time - This position will require a ServSafe Certification and a Title 4 Liquor Certification
