What You’ll Do As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the GM and a leader for the crew. Responsibilities
As an Assistant General Manager, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent food and service while overseeing daily shop operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will also support bar operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards.
