WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and Culinary Team to ensure smooth daily operations and continued team growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading by example in all areas of operations, from the dining room floor to the back office
• Training, coaching, and ongoing development of all team members
• Managing inventory and tracking variances accurately
• Placing and managing weekly orders through both local and major suppliers
• Assisting with menu creation and development alongside the culinary team
• Implementing and maintaining house policies and procedures
• Creating staff schedules and overseeing day-to-day performance
• Contributing to company reporting and directly supporting the General Manager
• Representing Cilantro and Chive at community events and promotions
