REQUIREMENTS OF THE RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

· 2 years or more Restaurant Assistant General Management Experience
· Our Restaurant Assistant General Managers have basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
· A restaurant assistant general manager must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
· Our Restaurant Managers have a hands-on management style
· Restaurant Manager’s need to be passionate about the hospitality industry
· Restaurant Managers should have a great Customer Focus
· Restaurant Manager have good Food Production Skills
· Our Restaurant Managers have a Current driver’s license
