As we grow, we are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals. Those filling this position must qualify for military base access. A background check and drug screen are part of the hiring process. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, both in the field and office. As well as driving performance, leading the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow into a General Manager role. We are looking for those with leadership experience, as well as experience in restoration and mitigation services. This is a demanding but rewarding opportunity with much room for advancement among those who are dependable and work well with a team.
