KID CLUB COORDINATOR (25%, SUMMER ONLY) – ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities including crafts, games, storytelling, and themed events.
- Supervise children during Kids’ Club hours, ensuring safety, engagement, and respectful behavior.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space for children and families.
- Communicate effectively with parents and club staff regarding programming, child behavior, and safety concerns.
- Assist in the development of seasonal and holiday-themed activities or events.
- Ensure all activities follow proper health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Track attendance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
- Respond to emergencies or incidents with professionalism and care, following established procedures.
EVENT COORDINATOR ASSISTANT (25%) – ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Events Manager with day-to-day coordination of private events, weddings, member events, and meetings.
- Help manage event timelines, floorplans, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients before and during events, ensuring needs are met professionally and promptly.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including decor placement, signage, table settings, and AV equipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, service staff, housekeeping) to align event details.
- Maintain accurate event files, contracts, invoices, and communication logs.
- Attend and support events on evenings and weekends as needed.
- Greet guests and vendors, assist with check-in/setup, and ensure all aspects of the event run according to plan.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups and gather client feedback.
MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR (25%, WITH BONUS) – ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Membership Recruitment:
- Implement effective strategies to recruit new members, including identifying potential prospects, managing membership outreach campaigns, and organizing events to attract new members.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective members, guiding them through the membership application process and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active member.
- Represent the club at community events, industry gatherings, and networking opportunities to expand membership visibility.
Membership Retention and Engagement:
- Execute strategies to retain current members by ensuring satisfaction with the club’s offerings and services.
- Implement and oversee membership engagement initiatives, including member events, communications, and feedback channels, to ensure members feel valued and connected to the club community.
- Act as a liaison between members and club leadership, ensuring that member concerns, needs, and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally.
Member Services:
- Manage and update membership records, ensuring accurate and timely information is maintained.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure members’ requests and needs are met, from reservations to special requests.
- Provide personalized service to members, anticipating their needs and fostering a sense of belonging within the club.
Communication and Marketing:
- Manage membership communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media content, to keep members informed about club events, updates, and special promotions.
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials for membership campaigns, events, and club offerings.
- Ensure all membership materials are current and reflect the club’s brand and culture.
Club Events and Programs:
- Plan and oversee member-exclusive events, including social gatherings, networking opportunities, and special celebrations that foster engagement and community within the club.
- Partner with the events team to ensure member events run smoothly and meet the expectations of the membership base.
- Encourage members’ participation in club programs, clubs, or other activities that enhance the overall membership experience.
Financial Management:
- Assist with membership dues collection and ensure timely payment of memberships.
- Track and report on membership growth, retention, and financial performance, providing regular updates to club leadership.
- Help develop and manage the membership budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for recruitment and retention efforts.
Member Onboarding:
- Develop and implement an engaging onboarding process for new members, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and integrated into the club community.
- Provide new members with club orientation, introduce them to key staff, and facilitate their involvement in club activities.
Assistant General Manager (25%) – Roles and Responsibilities: This management role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily management of all club operations, with a focus on food & beverage and events.
- Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
- Lead by example on the floor during service shifts, maintaining a visible presence and responding to member and guest needs.
- Support hiring, training, and scheduling of staff in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Work closely with the kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth execution of private functions, member events, and club dining.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Handle member feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships with the club community.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as internal club policies.
