SECTION I: ROLE INTRODUCTION Outlines the basic information of the role. Job Title AGM – Construction Reporting To Head Projects Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level 2B   Job Objective   The AGM – Construction is responsible for managing and leading construction execution across greenfield and brownfield projects. The role ensures adherence to schedule, quality, safety, and cost targets while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and cross‑functional teams. This position drives on‑site leadership and end‑to‑end project execution from mobilization to handover.. Key Responsibilities     Responsibilities KPIs 1) * Lead day‑to‑day site construction activities including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural works.  * Prepare micro‑level schedules, work fronts, and daily/weekly progress plans.  * Ensure alignment with master schedule and highlight delays with mitigation actions.    2) * Review contractor work plans, method statements, lifting plans, and deployment.  * Manage performance of all subcontractors, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety compliance.  * Validate RA bills, measurement sheets, and ensure timely certification 3) * Ensure execution as per IFC drawings, specifications, QAPs, and construction standards.  * Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules, MEP layouts, and technical submittals.  * Monitor quality checkpoints, conduct inspections, and close NCRs and punch points. 4) * Engage with consultants, architects, OEMs, clients, and internal teams.  * Conduct daily site review meetings and publish progress dashboards. SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS   Education B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (M.Tech preferred) Experience * 12–18 years of experience in construction management, with 3–5 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
