This leader supports the General Manager in all aspects of Hotel & Bistro operations, including guest services, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and sales. This role provides leadership, coordination, and accountability across departments to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction consistent with the Hotels’ standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP *  Support the General Manager in daily operations and management decisions. *  Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations to ensure smooth coordination. *  Manage Bistro F&B Operations with Kitchen Supervisor *  Assist in enforcing hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. *  Participate in property inspections and ensure brand compliance. TEAM DEVELOPMENT *  Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for department supervisors and team members. *  Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training programs to develop high-performing teams. *  Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and professionalism. GUEST & FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE *  Ensure service recovery procedures are followed to maintain high guest satisfaction. *  Assist in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting. *  Analyze operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE *  Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. *  Will support company standards and Hotel culture. *  Professional appearance and compliance with the Hotels grooming standards required. QUALIFICATIONS *  Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. *  Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel leadership experience required. *  Recent experience with multiple hotel departments:  front office, housekeeping, F&B. *  Previous cooking skills highly preferred. *  Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills. *  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
