We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager (full-time, salaried) to join our team. This role is focused on lead generation, phone outreach, and setting in-person appointments. You’ll work incoming leads, make 150+ daily calls, and drive conversions. It’s a high-energy, high-reward role—and a clear pathway to becoming a General Manager. What You’ll Do Call, connect, convert: Handle inbound leads from multiple sources with consistent outreach. Drive results: Set, confirm, and manage appointments to maximize show rates. Own your pipeline: Follow up with warm leads, past inquiries, and referrals. Track performance: Report daily KPIs (calls, sets, confirms, shows).
