• Oversee and strategize ways to improve financial performance while ensuring brand

standards are being met.

• Create positive relationships with the team while exhibiting empathy and respect for

people at all levels.

• Effectively address guest concerns in a fair and honest way.
• Develop and maintain a positive work culture for all employees.
• Take ownership of the training and development of staff.
• Collaborate with the sales team and follow through with service expectations for special

events (food service, staffing levels, room set-up).
