Job Description: As the Assistant Cafe Manager at E+ROSE Wellness Cafe, you will be supporting the General Manager and staff to create a welcoming environment for our customers and team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support General Manager and Staff Oversight: Working in tandem with the General Manager, you will ensure all company policies and standards are met, while overseeing shift leaders and staff members at the store.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about our menu, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
  • Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, coffee and toast.
  • Payment Processing: Operate the register, manage transactions accurately, and handle customer orders efficiently.
  • Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all health and safety guidelines, and assist in daily cleaning tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and create a strong, inclusive environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
