We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong organisational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food production processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a willingness to help others succeed within the team.
