THE ROLE
Are you ready to rise to the occasion? We are on the hunt for an exceptional Assistant General Manager & Events Host to help lead our brand-new Liverpool location.
This is a hands-on leadership role at The Big Bakes, combining operational management with event hosting. You’ll be at the heart of creating joyful, memorable baking experiences for our guests while leading and developing the on-site team across all areas - tent, bar, and kitchen.
As second-in-command to the General Manager, you’ll take full responsibility in their absence, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and a motivated, high-performing team.
