GUEST EXPERIENCE & HOSTING

• Confidently host up to 40 guests with warmth, energy, and enthusiasm
• Deliver engaging demonstrations and support the creation of baking-related content
• Ensure a consistent five-star guest experience, interacting with customers professionally and handling feedback effectively
• Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that reflects The Big Bakes’ brand and values
• Support recipe development and bring new monthly bakes to life on-site

THE ROLE

Are you ready to rise to the occasion? We are on the hunt for an exceptional Assistant General Manager & Events Host to help lead our brand-new Liverpool location.
This is a hands-on leadership role at The Big Bakes, combining operational management with event hosting. You’ll be at the heart of creating joyful, memorable baking experiences for our guests while leading and developing the on-site team across all areas - tent, bar, and kitchen.
As second-in-command to the General Manager, you’ll take full responsibility in their absence, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and a motivated, high-performing team.
